Have you ever been hiking (walking on trails) in the Anchorage area, and you come across bushes of wild berries? It’s the best! There are often thorns (or bears!), but when you get that sweet treat, you feel satisfied and accomplished. That's like therapy - there are some tricky parts, but it's worth it.
Additionally, the raspberry leaf is associated with fertility. Raspberries and their plants symbolize reproductive health and pregnancy support.
